For modified machines, the machine nameplate must be provided and the drawings must be confirmed before production. If there is no size drawing for a miscellaneous or OEM machine, the shaft must be dismantled to measure the size. The maximum effective cutting length in the middle can be customized to 1500MM.

All replaceable spiral cutter heads are manufactured according to customer-provided drawings. For machine modifications, please provide the machine nameplate for drawing confirmation before production.

For non-branded or OEM machines without available drawings, the shaft must be disassembled and measured. The following dimensions are required:

1. Material of wood being processed
2. Cutting length
3. Cutter head outer diameter (D)
4. Working length of the cutter head (H)
5. Number of cutting grooves
6. Keyway dimensions
7. Bearing end dimensions
8. Thread specifications
9. Rotation direction of the cutter head
